UEI utilizes AutoForm simulation software to identify and solve stamping and forming challenges before tooling is built. By simulating the sheet metal forming process during die development, we can predict splits, wrinkles, thinning, springback, and material flow issues early in the design phase, reducing risk and minimizing costly die rework. Our engineering team uses AutoForm to evaluate formability, optimize blank development, analyze draw conditions, and validate tooling concepts before steel is cut.
